Ingredients

  • 4 Large Heirloom Tomatoes, in varying shapes & colours
  • 1 Ball Fresh Burrata
  • 8-10 Basil Leaves
  • Drizzle Olive Oil
  • Sprinkle Maldon Salt
  • Sprinkle Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  • Slice the tomatoes and arrange on a small platter.
    4 Large Heirloom Tomatoes
  • Place the burrata in the centre and gently slice and spread open.
    1 Ball Fresh Burrata
  • Slice the basil leaves and generously sprinkle over the dish.
    8-10 Basil Leaves
  • Sprinkle the flaky salt and pepper flakes, and drizzle generously with olive oil.
    Drizzle Olive Oil
    Sprinkle Maldon Salt
    Sprinkle Red Pepper Flakes
